Great article, Janice. We are having 40+ people over for Thanksgiving (mostly relatives, and a few friends) and, although I'm sure everyone is going to have a good time, your suggestions are wonderful for those guests who either did not get enough triptofan or who have extra energy after dinner.
I suppose we'll have some people snoozing and some engaged in activities, so your suggestions are great. Thanks. b
