Cranberry Themed Centerpieces

Use fresh cranberries to add a seasonal touch to your centerpieces.

Try this idea for a festive tea light holder using cranberries. Fill a basic votive holder with water and several attractive looking cranberries. Float a tea light at the top of the water, and put the entire unit into the freezer. Make sure to NOT overfill the votive holder, as water will expand when it's frozen.

Unmold the iced cranberry votive holder from the glass votive holder, and you have a frosty "glass" way to light your holiday tables and buffets. These look fantastic when you have many of them scattered with autumn leaves, loose cranberries, seasonal gourds and raffia, for a holiday centerpiece.

Remember to use a plastic liner or cookie sheet under the whole centerpiece layout, to prevent the melting ice from wetting your tablecloth.
