Cranberries for Entertaining

Fall is just around the corner, and that means we'll see cranberries in the store. How about planning a party using cranberries as your theme?

On a recent trip to the Wisconsin State Fair, I found myself enthralled with the delicacies from the Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association. So I thought that it would be fun to create a dinner party based around a cranberry theme, with ideas that could be used throughout the fall and even into Thanksgiving.
