Menu Options abound for your Spring BBQ. You can serve traditional BBQ food, or create an eclectic menu for the most discriminating palate.

Now that you've decided to host a Spring BBQ, it's time to select your menu. Believe it or not, you don't have to stick to a traditional hot dog and hamburger menu (unless you want to!).   • Adult Sweets: Lemon Squares & Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

    Indoor/Rainout BBQ Menu

  • Italian Beef w/Roasted Sweet Peppers

  • BBQ Pork Sandwiches

  • Make-Ahead Potato Skins

  • Garden Salad w/ Selection of Bottled Dressings

  • Tossed Jello Squares

  • Fresh Fruit with Roz's Divine Dip

  • Homemade Toll House Cookiewiches

  • Mesquite Grilled Shrimp & Chicken served with

  • Roasted Root Vegetables with Rosemary
