Appetizer
Fresh Fruit served in a crystal cup. Use only fresh fruit, served in bite-sized pieces. Take advantage of seasonal melons to add variety and color. Add a piece of fresh mint on top, prior to serving
Salad
Mixed Field Greens served with a choice of dressings (a vinaigrette and a cream-based). You can purchase the greens, pre-bagged, at your local grocery store.
Main Course
Serve the following pre-plated. Remember to serve the plates from the left side of each guest, and remove the empty plates from the right side of each guest.
Entrée: Keep this simple and easy to eat! A Chicken or Veal Piccata is a great alternative, and it's light yet flavorful. Conversely, a boneless pork chop served with sauteed apples is also delicious.
Starch: Rice Blend or Wild Rice Blend
Vegetable: Colorful steamed baby carrots sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar
Bread & Butter: Either offer soft dinner rolls or else slices of freshly baked bread
Dessert: Chocolate Fondue served in small cups with individual pre-plated selections of maraschino cherries, banana slices, cubes of pound cake, mini marshmallows
